I'm Abby Wynne, founder of the Life Mastery Practitioner School
When I qualified as a psychotherapist I realised that working with the mind was so important, but it did not heal trauma, release emotions or help people grow. We are multi-dimensional and we must acknowledge and honour that.
I learnt how to blend shamanism, energy healing, mindfulness, counselling AND psychotherapy together to create a unique way of working. I have had many successes with clients, written over 15 books, and have worked with thousands of people.
Now I am ready to teach my methods to the world, AND to certify therapists in this wonderful new modality that I call Life Mastery.
